What's your browser? I had the same problem in my main browser (Firefox). Switched to Chrome and it worked

It is inevitable that you'll have to use it so I've been using it since I've been able. I read your comment to mean you didn't see the buttons. In support I assume "I can't do x" to mean "I don't know how to do x."
